Living in Florida, I totally get the stress and worry of a hurricane. I also get the urgency of mandatory evacuations, but please don't readily judge those who may not want to leave...they may Not have the finances to do so.... Please pray for those that will be impacted, cause a Cat 4 is No Joke!! I have lived through Andrew which was a Cat 4 and many others of lesser intensity since then....when a hurricane is coming, it is COMING and the stress of the uncertainty is HIGH
